Returns and Exchanges

Merchandise can be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt. The merchandise must be returned new, unused, unaltered, not previously installed, and in a sellable condition with all of the original packaging. If you choose to have your original credit card credited there is a 15% restocking fee for any returned, non-defective merchandise that you elect to return. If you prefer to receive the credit in the form of an online gift card the restocking fee is waived. Used non-defective merchandise cannot be returned for exchange or refund. Ship returns via Ground UPS or insured US Mail (we do not accept CODs). We will refund shipping costs on damaged or incorrect merchandise only. Premium and express shipping charges will not be reimbursed. If you refuse delivery of an order you will be charged the shipping cost back to us.
